Challenge
Their distribution centers were saturated: Interceramic produced more tile than it could distribute. The obvious way out — building new distribution centers — meant $50M+ in land, construction and equipment.
Solution
PID developed JADE: Oracle integration for daily planning, a 5+ meter floor display orchestrating loads, sensors that measure loading times automatically, material pre-staging before the truck arrives, and a central dashboard coordinating forklift operators and carriers.
